I applied for a learning associate role, which is a pure selling job. They will check your selling skills, communication, confidence, and convincing power. There was only one round of interview where they asked a couple of questions from your CV, computer knowledge, and knowledge about the location where you'll be marketing the product.

There were three rounds for the Sales Executive post. The first round was a graphical and image-based aptitude test with 60 easy questions but a tight 1-hour time limit. Out of 200 participants, only 37 were selected for the Group Discussion (GD) round. In the GD, a panel primarily assessed English speaking ability, overlooking factual accuracy if the delivery was good. Three groups were formed, and 10 candidates were selected from these. The GD topics were common, such as the quality of engineering education in India and corruption. The interview round was very supportive, designed to make interviewees comfortable. Questions covered prior education, family background, performance in the previous rounds, and technical aspects. Technical questions were continuously asked until satisfactory answers were no longer provided. This interview round typically lasts 20-45 minutes. Results were announced within half an hour after the last interview concluded, with two candidates ultimately being selected.
