Software Engineer
It was a one day process having 3 technical rounds of discussion and 1 HR round. There was one aptitude test as well. Overall the difficulty was moderate. They were asking questions from my CV only.

Software Engineer
It was a 6 step process. First, a telephonic technical round covering Java/J2EE. Second, an F2F technical round focusing on core Java, Spring, and other resume technologies. Third, another F2F round with basic core Java and in-depth JVM processing questions. Fourth, a telephonic HR round to gauge my eagerness to join. Fifth, an online IQ test. Sixth, salary negotiation with an HR consultant.

Software Engineer
The hiring process was very slow and there was a complete lack of coordination between HR and the interviewers. I was shortlisted for an interview, but during the first round of discussion, they realized they needed a candidate with different expertise. It's baffling why I was shortlisted in the first place if there wasn't alignment between their requirements and my skills. This company is supposedly ranked 117th by Deloitte, but based on this experience, I'd rank their employees last among all IT companies.
- What version of Spring have you used?
- What is your experience with Hibernate?
