I applied for a Senior BA job at their Reston office. The HR recruiter was nice and worked with my schedule to set up the interview. I got to the location, but there was no one at the front desk, so I waited 15 minutes. Then, a guy took me to the HR floor. The HR director was great and very professional. I was supposed to meet with Person A and Person B, but Person A didn't show up, and Person C was there instead. This felt unprofessional. The interview with Person C lasted an hour, and we had some good discussions, which was okay. Then Person B was 10 minutes late. She was giggling and making weird faces and facial expressions with many of my answers, which felt rude and unacceptable. I lost interest then. The interviews took two hours. The HR director came in to talk about the company. A week later, I got a call for a final round. The HR person offered me interview slots at 5pm and 6pm, which seemed a bit strange for an interview. I decided to go for it because I liked what the company was doing, as it was novel. I thought Person D would interview me, but it was Person A, who was supposed to be there earlier. Business analysis interviews are subjective; it's about principles, not right or wrong answers. Person A mostly talked about his personal client experiences, which seemed immature. Finally, Person D showed up and asked questions that didn't make sense. I answered patiently and left. Advice for management: I know Hcentive is culturally tied to a certain country, but it operates in America. In America, punctuality, discipline, and respect are important. The interviewers lacked these qualities. Except for the HR management team, the rest were a disappointment, and the whole experience was a waste of time. As a famous saying goes, 'We recruit for attitude and train for skill,' so please focus on employee attitudes, as they represent the organization.

So, there were 3 tech interviews. 2 were face to face and then 1 with the onshore manager. After that, there were 2 HR rounds. They also made me do a psychometric test and an online aptitude test. Overall, it was a good interview experience and they asked some decent healthcare specific questions. If you're looking to be a business analyst, you really need to know the domain well, especially healthcare changes and ACA reforms.

I applied through LinkedIn. Then there was one online screening test, mostly aptitude questions, I think it was easy. Then HR scheduled a phone interview with one of the managers. He asked me to explain each and every project that I had listed on my resume but I didn't hear from them after that so I emailed HR asking status and then HR replied saying they would like to schedule one more interview which was a Skype interview. But that interview experience was not that great. I felt that the interviewer had already made up his mind and that interview was just a formality. After the interview, within a couple of hours, I received an email saying that they don't think my skills match the job requirements. I also called back for feedback and the answer I got was not very satisfactory and so I don't know how they reached that conclusion.
