I was contacted via LinkedIn for a casual lunch to get to know me. It took another month for the official interview process to start. There were at least four or five rounds, with each one getting progressively better. I met my supervisor, team members, a director, a VP, and finally the EVP. They were all lovely people and gave me an amazing opportunity.
