Customer Experience Specialist
So before I even got invited to interview, I had to do three online tests: one for math, one for English grammar, and one that was just a mix of stuff. After they told me I passed those, I got a call saying they wanted me to come in for an interview. They didn't make me schedule it or anything, just told me to show up during certain hours on any weekday.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations to help a customer?
- Tell me about a time you made a mistake at work and took responsibility for it.
Customer Service Representative
Applied online, took about 20 mins. Then some quick online tests. After that, I had an onsite interview. A few days later, they made a verbal offer. A written offer came after that. I was bummed to see they want a non-compete, which says I can't do ANY other work without Hayneedle's okay. I'm thinking of passing on it.
- Tell me about your standard customer service experience.
- What are your thoughts on the non-compete agreement?
- Would you be okay with a non-compete that prevents you from working anywhere else without permission?
Customer Experience Specialist
I attended a career fair and after a short wait, I completed two straightforward customer service and computer assessments. Following that, I had an interview focused on customer service orientation. The job offer was immediate and direct. Attending career fairs is highly recommended for anyone seeking employment with this company.
