The director of talent acquisition contacted me on LinkedIn. It was quick and nice, and they told me to research the company, which was a bit unexpected since they reached out. I said I was interested and they scheduled a second interview with someone else in talent acquisition. I was excited after researching, but it was awkward because the interviewer seemed distracted and looked at other screens from the start. I think I answered the questions well, but I knew I wouldn't get an offer. It seems like a waste of time to set up second interviews if you already know you're not moving forward.

I recently interviewed with Hayes Locums for the Sales Consultant position. The interview process was smooth and professional. Sales Managers Isaac and Maria were very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the interview. They asked me a variety of questions about my experience and skills, and I felt that they were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person. Overall, I was very impressed with the interview process at Hayes Locums. The company seems to have a great culture and a strong focus on employee development. If you’re looking for a sales position in the healthcare industry, I would definitely recommend checking out Hayes Locums.

I got contacted by Clarissa from HR on LinkedIn and also applied online. We had a phone chat about the job and then I was invited to interview at their office. I also had to take an online IQ (Wonderlic) and personality test. Everyone was super professional and nice, especially Jessie! The office had a cool start-up vibe. I didn't get the management job because they wanted someone with more leadership experience, but they did offer me another role on the team. Overall, it was a great experience and a great company.

The recruiting team did a good job, very professional and thorough. I liked meeting them and the people I would have worked with. But I was not happy with how the whole process went. It took almost a month and had a HackerRank test, plus three interviews, one in person. After the last interview, they asked for my references, which usually means they are very interested and likely to give an offer. It’s a big deal to ask people who used to work with you to vouch for you, and it felt like a waste of time and inconsiderate since they hired someone else in the end. They should be more aware of how much time and effort candidates put in.
