Manager
You'll interview with the Regional Director for the area they are hiring in. When you're promoted to Leads, you'll interview with your Home Office. You start as Assistant Managers, and then after one to two years, they'll consider you for Lead management based on your Regional Director's input.
- In five years, where do you envision yourself?
- Would you be open to relocating?
Assistant Manager
I chatted with the Regional Manager and Manager over the phone. Then I went to the community for an interview and a tour. They asked a lot about my personality and why I wanted to get into the senior living industry. We talked about the possibility of living onsite and sharing close working conditions with another manager couple. I also got to meet and talk with residents and really get to know them like family.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in a senior living career?
- Why did you select the senior living industry for your career path?
Assistant Manager
It was a really nice interview experience. They asked us a lot of questions, and they were very professional. It felt very comfortable. We went to a location near us, and the assistant manager gave us a tour and answered all our questions.
- What is your favorite aspect of working with senior individuals?
