The hiring manager was great, but after the third step of the in-office interview, it felt like there was no respect. I never got an explanation or feedback on why I didn't get the job. HR and the manager just ignored me when I tried to talk about my experience, accomplishments, and what I could bring to Hawkins PR. No response at all, which says a lot about the company. They present a great image and talk up the agency to get you interested, but the reality is high turnover and, based on other reviews, there's definitely verbal abuse happening. The senior employees also came across as really pretentious and conceited from the second interview onwards.

Applied via referral and had two in-person interview rounds at their office, meeting around nine people total. The first round seemed okay, but the second felt really weird. I also had to wait a good while before starting. After the second set of interviews, they kept saying I'd hear back after they finished interviewing everyone else. But even after following up a bunch, I never got any updates. It felt unprofessional and like they didn't value my time.

It was a pretty chill interview. I talked to two of the lead people on the team I'd be joining, right at their office. They asked me about my past experience and some general stuff like how I juggle tasks when I have a lot going on, and my background in hospitality and travel, which they seemed really keen on hearing about.
