The hiring manager was great, but after the third step of the in-office interview, it felt like there was no respect. I never got an explanation or feedback on why I didn't get the job. HR and the manager just ignored me when I tried to talk about my experience, accomplishments, and what I could bring to Hawkins PR. No response at all, which says a lot about the company. They present a great image and talk up the agency to get you interested, but the reality is high turnover and, based on other reviews, there's definitely verbal abuse happening. The senior employees also came across as really pretentious and conceited from the second interview onwards.

I had two interviews. The first one went really well! The second interview was okay, but I found it way harder to connect with the interviewers. I had to do a big writing assignment over a weekend, which took up most of it. After I sent it in, I didn't hear back from the three people on the email for two weeks. I sent a follow-up, but still no response from them.
