You'll get an email from a hiring manager to set up a video interview with them and another support engineer. They're really looking for people who want this as a long-term career, so don't say you're just looking for entry-level experience. They also ask about hobbies to see if you have things in common with current employees. Since this is the top SolidWorks reseller, make sure you know about SolidWorks, or you won't pass the first interview.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had an initial phone interview with the manager, and then an on-site interview with a local representative. The phone interview was quite intensive, with lots of questions asked. The on-site interview began with a skills assessment test, followed by a straightforward discussion about the job in general, and more questions about my background and work history. It was a pretty typical process, and the people from the company were great.

The hiring process consisted of three steps. A phone interview where general questions were asked in order to get to know you. The next step was a in person interview where you meet with a several people. During the first interview you will also take a computer/it test and a solidworks modeling test. Lastly your final interview will be with another group of people, much like the first one. Many of the questions are the same in the final interview, its more a formality for everyone important to be able to talk with you.
