The company reached out to me personally about the role. However, they were 10 minutes late to the interview without any warning or email. They admitted to having a poor connection, and then halfway through, there was a major cellular connection error on their end, making it hard to understand them. More time was spent troubleshooting than the actual call. They also asked me many of the same questions multiple times. They couldn't even pronounce the name of my previous employer, which was one of the biggest global companies. It felt unprepared and unprofessional.

Behavioral Presentation

I was really impressed with how efficient and transparent the interview process was. I went from the first recruiter screen to the final interview in just over a week. This included a panel interview and a values interview. It was refreshingly fast and stress-free compared to the usual 30 to 90 days. This makes me think it's a decisive and action-oriented environment. I also received a very nice rejection email from the hiring manager, which made me feel valued.

Confirmed questions2 questions

  • The values interview is designed to assess your fit within the team and the company; can you speak to that?

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started with a phone interview with the recruiter. This call was great for learning about the company and culture, and it also made sure my experience fit the job. After that, I had a video call with the hiring manager, another with the team, and a quick final chat with the Senior VP. The interviews felt pretty conversational, and I got the sense the team really wanted to find a good match for both the role and for me. I had plenty of chances to ask my own questions. Even though you should be ready, they were all really nice and welcoming.

Applied via Indeed and heard back from a recruiter a few weeks later. Had a lengthy phone call with the recruiter where she asked a lot of questions and gave a lot of info about the company. She asked me to rate my interest in continuing on a scale of 1-10. Later that day, I was scheduled for a quick video call with a senior leader for the next day, which was brief. The final round involved a half-hour chat with the hiring manager and another half-hour session focused on their core values, for which they sent details beforehand. Ultimately, I wasn't interested due to their made-up 'stragile' core value. Got a generic rejection email over a week later.
