Sales
It was a nice interview and I didn’t feel too much pressure. The manager was very kind and didn’t rush my answers. The questions were thought-provoking for someone without true sales experience.
- Describe a time you offered a solution to a problem.
Sales Representative
I sent in an online application and answered some questions. Then I got a call for an interview. The manager was supposed to see me but he was busy so the office manager told me to wait. I waited for an hour. I asked the office manager if I should come back another time. She checked with the manager and he had completely forgotten about me and had already left. She tried calling him but he didn't pick up. So I left and figured they'd call me back. They never did. I called again to talk to the manager but he was busy and never called me back. It was good to see this before I got the job. With how they treated me, I can see why they're always hiring new sales people.
