So first I chatted with HR, then I had to do this pre-test about brands and social media. After I sent that in, the very next day, HR set up another interview, this time with the actual user.

Applied online and got contacted 3 weeks later by HR. Had a quick phone interview right then and there, and then an in-person interview was set up at the office for about a week later. Met two people, and the interview was mostly about what the job would entail; felt like they were selling me the job. Two weeks later, another HR rep contacted me to complete a proofreading quiz and a job-specific quiz, both extremely easy. Another two weeks after that, I was asked to do another job-specific quiz. I waited another 2 weeks, following their pattern, but heard nothing. Emailed HR for an update and was informed the job went to someone else. It was frustrating that after 7 weeks of interviews and tests, they didn't tell me I didn't get the job. The process was also very drawn out, and I would have preferred less time between tests, especially since I only had 2 days to respond to their questions. The tests and interviews were easy, and the company seemed great and fun.
