Three weeks later, I received an offer and was asked to start immediately, despite it being mid-semester and my original search being for the following semester.

They start with a company and internship presentation. Next, you'll be split into groups to develop a campaign or product idea. Mentors will observe group dynamics and contributions. Finally, you present your idea. After the group session, selected candidates interview with department heads. This is a casual chat to gauge your passion.
