My time at [Company Name] was okay overall, with good and not-so-good parts. The good part was I learned new things and got to know about [specific area/industry], which helped me grow. My teammates were nice and collaborative on most projects. Talking with colleagues was professional and respectful, and I could count on them when things were busy.

I was referred by a former employee to a recruiter who set me up with the hiring manager. After a quick interview with them, I was sent to one of the VP Creative Directors after about two weeks. She got back to me quickly and said I wasn't a fit for her team, but she'd pass me to the next team. About a week and a half later, I had another interview with another executive creative director. It went well and they said they needed two weeks to decide. I followed up with the recruiter and they said they needed more time. I never heard back.

The interviewees were really nice and gave good information. The conversations were easy and expected. However, during the initial interview, the interviewer seemed very uninterested in discussing Havas and didn't even act like they wanted me to take the job.

The interview itself was rather nice. Had a wonderful chat and really provoking questions. The issue of the matter comes in the aftermath. I'm not naive to believe that every interview comes with a job offer. I'm also aware that not every interviewer is going to email you afterwards and tell you you did not receive the job. When the interviewer, however, promises you will receive an email within a set timeframe and does not email back, I start to take insult. Furthermore, when you reach out to ask for more information on your candidature status and are left in the dark, it kind of sounds like a blessing in disguise. Not sure if the company is as unorganized as this seems or as cold as this seems but just a heads up to any potential hires.
