The interview is calm, it was with the HR lady, there are still 2 more. But the benefits are great. Apparently it's a great place to work. The questions are mostly about people and their experiences. The HR lady was super nice. I'm on the lookout.

It was a simple, quick process, with hiring taking about 7 days from the interview to onboarding. They asked about your experience in the sector you're applying for and your available hours. The interview is always with the HR manager and the sector manager.

The hiring process was straightforward. After applying, they called to check my availability and set up the interview. The interview itself was quick, and it could be one-on-one or in a group, led by HR or the store manager. They mostly asked about my background, like if I've dealt with customers before, how I'd handle tricky customers, my teamwork skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and if I can work weekends/holidays. No hard technical tests. The company seems to care more about attitude, communication, politeness, commitment, and staying calm when dealing with lines and daily pressure. Prior cashier experience is a plus but not a must since they train you. They usually get back to you fast. If you pass, they ask for documents and a medical exam, then you get trained on the system, customer service, and company rules.
