Gallery Assistant
I went through three interview rounds. The first was a phone screen with HR where they talked about the company culture and structure, and they asked me about my background and why I was interested in the role.
- Can you tell me about a recent exhibition that made an impression on you and explain why?
Gallery Assistant
So, I went through three rounds of interviews. The first one was pretty general, touching on my work style, my experience, and my interest in the arts. Then, the second round was with a Sales Director, and they got more specific with their questions. The last interview was with the head of HR, and that one was more focused on personality.
- Tell me about an art exhibition you saw recently that made an impression on you, and explain the impact it had.
Gallery Assistant
The interview involved personality questions and typical interview questions. The interviewer was very nice and polite. They wanted to see how you handle stress and asked relevant questions.
- If you were a color, what would it be?
