The process involved talking with many team leads and visiting different job sites. After that, at each job site, there was an interview with various team leaders and other team members. Depending on the specific role you're going for, they'll ask about the particular task and scope you want to focus on. While not mandatory, it's beneficial to have an idea of your preferred specialization.

So I had an in-person meeting with two Project Executives, lasted about 30 mins. They asked me straight-up questions about my education and my background in construction. Since I just graduated, I didn't have much experience, which I think hurt me. It could have been better if they gave us some questions beforehand from HR so we could have prepared better answers.
