This was the second round interview where I met with a panel of 3 upper management folks. It was supposed to be 1.5hrs but some people were late and others had to leave early. They all seemed to be looking at my resume for the first time when we started, and the questions felt pretty standard.

The process involved talking with many team leads and visiting different job sites. After that, at each job site, there was an interview with various team leaders and other team members.
