A recruiter reached out, and I delayed my response for about a month. Then, I completed a coding screen and proceeded to the onsite interviews. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer, which was disappointing. During the onsite, I had lunch with the team at a nice restaurant because they were having an event that week.

I got a cold outreach from a recruiter on Linkedin and then interviewed. First, there was a short recruiter call where we talked about where I work, my past projects, the most difficult project I've worked on, and why I was looking to leave my current role. After that, I was invited to a phone screen.

Out of the blue, I got an email saying I was a good fit. I then spoke with the recruiter who showed me a slide deck. The recruiter didn't have many answers about RTO, pay, culture, responsibilities, their competitive advantage, or the risks involved with their application layer.
