Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was super clear from the get-go. First, there was a video call with a recruiter. Then, I had a video interview with the hiring manager, who's the Customer Success Lead. After that, I went for an on-site interview day where I had four interviews back-to-back, each lasting about 30-45 minutes, with other customer success managers and people from different teams. The day also included a case study presentation. They sent the case study over beforehand, and it was easy to understand, giving me enough time to prepare. I made a presentation with about 10-12 slides and presented it live to three people, one of whom joined virtually. The hiring manager I met in the second round was also in this final presentation.

Case

It was a multi-stage process that included an onsite interview. The case study presented was of average difficulty. I had a positive interaction with the day-to-day managers. However, there were significant delays between interview stages, and communication was lacking.

I had two rounds of interviews, but I didn't get an invitation back. They felt I didn't have the specific skills and experience they needed for the role. It was still a good learning experience though, and I got a better sense of what they're looking for.
