The HR recruiter was competent and kind. The interview process included an initial phone screening, then a Zoom interview with a senior associate, and finally an in-person interview with various employees. Two directors were belittling and insulted my knowledge, showing no interest in me. I never felt more disrespected. It turns out this is just a glorified Google search job with an average salary.
