After applying online, you'll go through a few rounds of interviews. There will be some tests to check your skills and knowledge, like a judgment test, safety test, and a test about working with others. We'll get back to you by email.
- Tell me about your past jobs and what you did.
- Do you have any experience working at a bar?
- Could you describe your previous roles and responsibilities, and mention your bar experience?

It was a really laid-back chat at the restaurant itself. No need to dress up, just be your natural self. The main thing was showing you're good with people and enjoy serving customers, with a smile.
- Can you give an example of when you've worked in a fast-paced setting?
Chef
I had a 10-minute phone interview and then went for a face-to-face interview. The interviewer was informal and conducted the interview in the restaurant area, which felt unfair and uncomfortable because I was sharing personal information in front of customers. I was told I'd hear back on Monday, but after waiting four days, I received no communication. I had put a course on hold until I heard back, and they could have at least let me know.
- Tell me about your greatest achievement.
- What dishes are you capable of cooking?
- How do you handle working under pressure?
