I interviewed for Harvard twice, once in 2021 and again in 2023. I decided to move forward in 2021 and work with them for one year before embarking on a global nomad adventure. The process was very streamlined and professional: there was a phone screen, then a meeting with the direct supervisor, followed by a meeting with higher-up teammates. They provide timely feedback and send offer letters promptly.
