The interview process was quick and efficient, with no wasted time. It involved three rounds, including interviews with a Product Manager (PM) and a Product Instructor (PI). I interviewed for Harvard twice, once in 2021 and again in 2023. I decided to move forward in 2021 and work with them for one year before embarking on a global nomad adventure. The process was very streamlined and professional: there was a phone screen, then a meeting with the direct supervisor, followed by a meeting with higher-up teammates. They provide timely feedback and send offer letters promptly.

It began with a recruiter call, followed by a 30-minute talk with the hiring manager, and then two take-home assignments. I got good feedback on the first one, then they gave me a second to just annotate code. After I submitted that, I heard nothing from anyone. It wasn't clear what they wanted for these tests or how much effort to put in. I did what I could with my limited free time, and even just a little feedback on the last one would've been nice, even if it wasn't good enough. Honestly, they need to seriously improve their hiring process if they want to attract good people. They clearly didn't find anyone meeting their vague standards since the job was posted again. I accepted another offer with better benefits and experience, and withdrew my application because I hadn't heard back in over a month.
