Applied online. Had one round with the manager and HR. They were very friendly and patient. They mainly asked about past working experiences and behavioral questions like how I would deal with conflicts. Got back to me quite fast.

I had an onsite interview. First, I did a quick intro about myself. Then, I was asked about probability, particularly conditional probability. They also asked about derivatives, like the Black-Scholes formula and put-call parity. The biggest part was programming, specifically Python packages and how to make algorithms better and faster.
