The interview process involved a conversation with the team, which was excellent and not designed to stump the candidate. Management was very clear about the role and expectations, providing a realistic portrayal of the job without over-promising.

The interview process was very straightforward. I had one interview with the hiring manager and then another with the team. Everyone was really friendly and the whole experience was great. They mentioned that there were many applicants, but they were still kind enough to move the process along pretty quickly between rounds.

I applied online and got an email from a recruiter to set up an appointment. They cancelled my interview hours before and then never called back to reschedule. I had to call back several times. Finally, I got an interview. 3 weeks later, I reached out to them. They said please come in for a 2nd interview. The hiring manager offered me the position with a pay rate. After that, they requested references. After a month goes by, I reached out again. They said sorry the person has been out of the office but they will handle it going forward. The pay rate and information was completely different. Long story long, I wasted 2 months of my job search. It was completely unprofessional, misleading, and actually comical. I expected professionalism from Hartford HealthCare and was very disappointed. Stay far away.

The interview process was pretty smooth. My first interview was more in-depth. The Manager of that role had great questions for me to respond to share my interest, skills and transferable skills, but unfortunately during the second interview with their Director, the interview was simple and straight to the point, (as in do you have the experience or not). At least that was my takeaway. Both seemed to be very pleasant and a great to work with, but I just believe the questions from my second interview should have carried more weight to dig into my transferable skills with my comparable and well experience within this field. Fingers crossed the role went to the best candidate and not just the most experienced for their department to continue succeeding.
