So, the way I see it, the interview is like a two-way street. They check me out to see if I'm good enough, have the right skills, and would fit in. At the same time, I'm figuring out if this job is what I want for my career. It kicks off with a quick chat to see if we're even in the same ballpark. Then comes the tech stuff where I gotta show I can solve problems and know my stuff. Finally, there are these chats with HR or about my personal side, which feel a bit more intimate, looking at what I care about, how flexible I am, and what my dreams are. It's all a lively process that helps us both decide if we're a good fit.

They can include intelligence tests, aptitude tests, trade tests, interest tests, and personality tests. It's important that these tests are well-designed to be effective indicators.
