They'll have you introduce yourself and then ask you some accounting knowledge questions, especially about tax, so it'll be helpful to prepare for that beforehand. Also, if you're studying for your CPA, that'll be a plus.

The interview process was smooth. You will be speaking both Mandarin and English. They did not ask any technical questions, but more behavioral questions. Relax and you shall be fine. The boss is super friendly. They will let you know everything you need to know about the job during the interview, so you know what to expect. I was asked 11 questions for the first round. After that, I had an in-person interview that was bilingual, with Harry and Michael. Most of the questions were about my behavior and past experiences. The whole thing took about two weeks. They offered me a salary much lower than I expected.
