The first step was a screening call. After that, I met with the team leads for a second interview. This was followed by a take-home assignment where I had to create a small PowerPoint report based on an example study. Then, there was one more interview before they extended an offer.

Behavioral Presentation

It was about 4 steps total. First, a quick 15 min call with HR. Then, met the directors of the research and data analytics teams. Next, got a dataset and had to find key insights (I did a written report and powerpoint presentation). After that, met more people from data analytics. Finally, interviewed with someone really high up (exact title forgotten). That's as far as I got.

Senior Average Negative experience No offer

The recruiter reached out over two weeks ago. I sent my availability for the following week. They took over six days to respond, apologizing and asking for additional days the next week to set up an interview, which I provided. That was a week ago. I have sent two follow-ups since then and heard nothing. It's two weeks of wasted energy. I understand scheduling difficulties happen, but this is the least communicative process I've engaged with. They reached out twice and then ghosted me both times. This feels like a company culture issue and poor communication. It's disappointing because I was interested in Harris's work. I won't waste more time on a company that wouldn't value me.
