Recruitment Consultant
It was a really informative process where I met with 2 or 3 different hiring managers. This let me ask tons of questions and get a feel for the company culture. The last step was an on-site visit to meet the team and check out the offices, which are located in the financial district. The whole thing was pretty quick, positive, and straightforward.

- How do you approach business development?
- What motivates your job search?
Senior Consultant
First, there's an interview with the internal recruiter. Then, you have to prepare a presentation and meet managers face to face to present. The company has a young culture and managers with a few years of experience think they know it all, asking questions looking for their right answers. It's good for entry-level, not for experienced people.
- What makes you the right candidate for this position?
Lead Developer
Got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who asked a bunch of questions, like my current salary, and seemed more focused on getting leads from my current company. It felt like they were just trying to get as much info as possible without intending to actually put me forward for a job. The recruiter said they'd submit my profile but then just went quiet. I waited a few weeks before writing this up. It was pretty weird, honestly, for a recruitment company. Definitely won't use them again.
- Who handles recruitment at your company?
Product Manager
I was contacted on LinkedIn by a person who regularly posts about Product Manager or Product Owner roles. I had a conversation with this person, and they said they would get back to me after showing my profile to clients. After a week, they sent an email saying that the clients found my CV boring and that I don't have qualities or seem ambitious. They claimed these were the clients' words, but I feel this is not true and it's a good CV. I believe this reflects a biased hiring practice.
- Can you tell me where you live?
