First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Harness.
Recruiter
The candidate is expected to lead the discussions in all interviews, with minimal focus on their background. The process included: 1. An initial Zoom meeting with the Recruitment Manager, lasting an hour. This was a positive interaction, and I was keen to proceed. 2. Two conversations with peer members of the TA team, who were open about the current state of Talent Acquisition. 3. An interview with the VP of Talent, which was also informational, and I was inspired by her career path. 4. Stakeholder interviews with the VP of WW Sales and the VP of Sales Development.
- What motivates your interest in joining Harness?
Talent Sourcer

However, they present things positively before deciding I'm not a good fit, which felt like a waste of time.
- Were the questions pretty generic and personable, trying to connect with you on a personal level?
Recruiter
I had a phone call with the hiring manager, and then I met the team in person. I made it to the final stage but didn't get the job. It was a fast process, under a week. Everyone was nice and easy to talk to.
