I had a phone interview first, and then they invited me to come in for an in-person interview at their office. There was a panel with people I might work with, the manager, and someone from HR. A lot of the questions, at least half, were about behavioral stuff. They asked about my skills, but didn't give me any tests or ask me to design anything. After the interviews, they showed me around the workspace.

I applied for a role and about 6-8 weeks later I got a call for an interview. The interview was with 3 other people, which was surprising and a bit overwhelming since it was a 3:1 format. It was also a rapid-fire approach that didn't give me much time to process or answer the questions. Even though I felt defeated afterwards, I was offered and accepted the job. The work environment and company had its ups and downs, but overall it was a good experience.

Behavioral Technical

It's a board style interview with several engineer tech leads who take turns asking questions about your past experiences. They have a packet of questions they're following. It can seem intimidating, but they're pretty friendly and usually dressed casually. Wearing dress slacks and a dress shirt is fine.
