First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Harley-Davidson, Inc..
Marketing Project Manager
The interview process was quite relaxed, with a focus on assessing your ability to learn quickly rather than deep technical knowledge. This was with the North America team. I'd be open to interviewing with Harley again because they were an enjoyable group to interact with.

The interview process was good and easy. The leadership seemed understanding and ensured a good fit with the team. They seem to be only hiring contractors at the moment, which might lead to unstable long-term team development.

It was a panel interview and job fits. It was pretty straight forward. They asked solid questions about my prior roles and skills, gave an overview of the company and its journey. We talked about how the company was moving into an Agile framework, and how my role could contribute.
