Behavioral Technical

I had a good first interview with my direct supervisor, they liked me. The second interview was with people from other departments and they were very rude. They asked stock questions coldly and didn't let me have any conversation outside of the direct questions. I got an offer, but decided not to take it because of that negative interaction.

First, there was a phone interview with an ignite recruiter. It was a pretty long one with a number of questions. If you passed that, they would fly you out to Wisconsin to their powertrain facility. You'd start with a tour of the manufacturing plant, then an interview with engineering managers, directors, and current TEP folks who would ask questions from a packet. It covered both technical and behavioral stuff. The technical part didn't have manufacturing-specific questions. Afterwards, someone would give you a tour of Milwaukee.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a couple of interviews online with the hiring manager, and then I was invited to their location for panel interviews. They mentioned the interview would last about 3 hours, and I'd get to tour the facility and test lab and meet some of the team. They liked my interview but said they'd want to hire me when they add OTA capability to HD, because of my background in telematics.
