The interview process involved two main stages: an initial phone call and a subsequent visit. The visit included a demonstration lesson. Candidates also participated in a group discussion with the department members and had an individual meeting with the academic director. Following the interview, an offer was extended approximately three days later. There was a substantial conversation with the academic director regarding the role's responsibilities. A formal written offer was sent the very next day.

Then, I came in for an in-person interview where I did a read-aloud demonstration for a class. After that, I got a tour of the school and then had a final meeting with the principal.
