I first got a 30 min screener call with the school social work directors. Then, 2 days later, I was asked to schedule a 1 hr interview with about 4 social workers and the School Director. They were really nice, and they said they'd let me know about the final decision, but I never heard back.

It was a quick process. I had a phone interview, then two in-person interviews. I also had to prepare a short 2-3 slide deck about an event, and I had to make some edits to an Excel file. They also asked me to write a sample email.

After the first call, I had to do a sample assignment, and then present it in person. The assignment instructions weren't super clear, but I did my best and it took me about 1-2 hours. At the in-person interview, some of the interviewers didn't even look at me and didn't ask anything about my assignment. They just said it looked good and moved on. It felt pretty disrespectful given the time I put in. I also specifically told them I wasn't a fan of yelling at kids and asked about it, and they made it sound like they felt the same way. But once I got the job, I found out yelling at kids was actually common practice, so it clearly wasn't the right fit for me.
