We had 1 private video call where they asked about my personal and professional background. Then, there was 1 group video call where we had to solve a work-related situation. Lastly, there was a presentation where I could ask all my doubts.

So first I had to do this take home thing where I recorded answers to some questions. Then, I had a 1:1 meeting on Teams. The questions in that meeting were mostly about sales, but pretty easy if you have retail experience. They said I got through to the final stage, which is a 2.5 hour group interview on Teams. They're gonna be looking at leadership and teamwork skills. I'm a bit nervous but excited! Tips: Be friendly and chatty. Talk about your past retail work, they really care about that. They weren't too bothered I don't have sales experience, I told them I want to learn. Research the company, it really helps! And just be you. Good luck!
- Tell me about your previous retail experience or how long you've worked in retail.
- If a customer walked into your store, what would be your greeting and how would you encourage them to buy something?
- Describe a real situation you encountered and how you handled an unhappy customer.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. After applying, I usually waited about 7 days for an email inviting me to an interview. I did my interview online, and you could pick your own date and time. The interview included questions about me, why I wanted to work for Harding, and my skills and experience. Some main questions were about handling unhappy customers, what upselling is, and which brand I'd pick to describe myself. After that, I was successful and got invited to a group interview. The group interview lasted about 2 hours and 30 minutes, all online with around 23 of us and 3 recruiters. We all introduced ourselves, and the recruiter presented information about working for Harding and the benefits. Then, we were split into groups of six to discuss a topic: designing our own cruise ships and then presenting our ideas as teams. They were evaluating teamwork, so it was important to contribute without dominating. After the presentations, that was it. The recruiter mentioned we'd hear back about passing within 24 to 48 hours via email. I'm currently waiting for that email.
