So it was a 3 round process, but in total there were 6 interviews. All the meetings were pretty conversational. I first chatted with HR, then I met with three senior staff members, and after that I met with two junior staff members. I ended up not hearing back for weeks after the final round.

The process was pretty straightforward. It was detailed and lengthy, but not challenging. So the process started with 2 interviews to meet the head of the team. Then, there was a take home case study to do over the weekend, which we discussed the following week. After that, I met the rest of the team, and then got the final offer.
