I talked with the management team, which included the nurse manager and two assistant nurse managers. The interview lasted for an hour. I could either do it online using Zoom or Teams, or I could come in person. It felt pretty relaxed.

I had to chase down the hiring manager with a bunch of emails. Eventually, I got a panel interview scheduled with over 6 people, even though they had 16 openings for the PSS role. In the end, only one person showed up. I sent two emails asking for a follow-up and to discuss what happened, but I never heard back. I was completely ghosted.

I had two interviews, first with the nurse recruiter (20-30 mins) and then with the nurse manager (15-20 mins). The nurse manager focused heavily on situational and behavioral questions, with more of those and some skill questions. The recruiter interview was more about background check and experience questions.
