The interview process was smooth and well-structured, it had multiple rounds to check technical and interpersonal skills. It started with a recruiter call where they talked about my background, projects, and if I was a good fit. Then there was a technical round focusing on data structures, problem-solving, and how to implement things. I also had to explain my past projects, the tech stack used, and the reasons behind the tech choices.

Technical Coding

I've been through two interview rounds so far. The first one was a technical chat, and the second involved both technical and coding tests. HR told me I passed both and I'm supposed to have a client interview next. HR reached out about two weeks ago asking about my availability for that client discussion, but since then, it's been dead quiet. Seriously, if you're not sure about the next steps, at least communicate instead of leaving people hanging. And HR, if you and your team can't handle a smooth hiring process, sort it out internally rather than wasting professionals' time. Setting up interviews without proper coordination makes your company look bad and frustrates candidates. We should both respect each other's time, not just when it's convenient for you.
