Got referred by a friend. I waited about a week for HR but then got a call asking if I was free for an interview. It was kind of a surprise but I said yes. The interview panel was decent and they asked a lot of questions, although many didn't really match the job I applied for. All in all, it was okay.

The interview process was smooth and felt more like a discussion than a formal interview. The environment is very welcoming, making it easy to blend into the company culture. They have an amazing culture of inclusion, making it a great place to work, especially for freshers.

Technical Coding

I've been through two interview rounds so far. The first one was a technical chat, and the second involved both technical and coding tests. HR told me I passed both and I'm supposed to have a client interview next. HR reached out about two weeks ago asking about my availability for that client discussion, but since then, it's been dead quiet. Seriously, if you're not sure about the next steps, at least communicate instead of leaving people hanging. And HR, if you and your team can't handle a smooth hiring process, sort it out internally rather than wasting professionals' time. Setting up interviews without proper coordination makes your company look bad and frustrates candidates. We should both respect each other's time, not just when it's convenient for you.

Technical Coding

The process is simple, with a consultancy scheduling the technical rounds. After these two rounds, the consultancy informs you of the results. Then, Harbinger HR requests your documents. After that, you wait, and they don't even let you know what went wrong. If your requirements aren't clear or you can't make an offer, why ask for personal documents? It's the worst process I've encountered.
