Attended a walk-in interview for a fresher Coordinator role. Cleared all rounds including the Manager round and was told I was selected by HR. However, after 2-3 days of no response, HR stated BCS and BSC graduates were ineligible, putting my profile on hold, which contradicts the job posting's eligibility criteria.

So basically the first step was a call with a Director to set up the interview. The whole thing took about an hour. Then, about three weeks later, that same Director called again to give me a verbal offer. A few days after that, I got the official offer letter.
