It began with a meet and greet, followed by a recruiter interview. No difficulties there, as all questions were commonly found online. Next, I had an hour-long discussion with an SVP about the company and the work. Then, I spent a half-day shadowing a financial consultant to understand a typical day at Hantz. This consultant also inquired about my motivation for joining Hantz and presented a demanding work schedule (8 AM-8 PM Mon-Thur, 8 AM-5 PM Fri, 9 AM-12 PM Sat). Subsequently, the SVP contacted me to ask if I was interested in the role. I requested an offer to consider, questioning how to decide without knowing the salary. After a three-week period, I received a letter stating they were unable to hire me, having found a more qualified candidate.
