They take notes as you talk, so remember to be mindful of that. The questions were mostly scenario-based. Make sure to be clear and professional – too much personality might not be the best approach.

I applied and the recruiter called me back, saying she liked my resume and that there were a few jobs available. She scheduled me for an interview the next day at 10am. When I got there, it turned out there weren't any sales jobs open. Instead, they had an opening for Direct Marketing (door-to-door), but the hiring manager for that position wouldn't be in until 11:30am. That much confusion was enough for me to just leave.

For the Sales Representative role, you'll start with a computer-based assessment asking personality-style questions like 'What answer most describes you' and 'what answer least describes you.' Then, there's a short IQ test with basic math. After that, an interview. If you have strong prior sales experience or a lot of construction industry background, you might get an on-the-spot offer and a tour. If your sales experience is limited, they'll want to understand how you'd fit the role. There's potential to earn over 100k annually, but it can take a couple of months to see income materialize.
