The interview process was pretty standard. I think it started with HR, then I had three separate 1-hour interviews with other executives. They were clear about expectations, pay, and goals. They were also responsive and followed up quickly.

When I got there, I had to take a personality and math test. I'm not great at math, and the job didn't say anything about needing math skills, so it felt irrelevant. After the test, I met with the CEO, Brian Elias. He started by asking me who the president of the US was, and I said Donald Trump. Then he asked who the current VP was, and I blanked. I wasn't expecting political questions. He then asked who the previous VP was, and I blanked again. He pointed out that he was VP for 8 years and I didn't know his name. Feeling embarrassed, I finally remembered the current VP and said Mike Pence. The interview continued with 'what would you do different if you were president?' and I answered. Brian then said it sounded like I was 'ANTI-Trump' and I found that totally unprofessional, as he shouldn't talk about my political views. He then looked at the math test again and told me I was terrible at math, giving me more problems on the spot to prove it. He told me right then that I didn't get the job. Honestly, I wouldn't have taken it anyway because he was so disrespectful. He ended the interview by promoting his new restaurant and giving me two appetizer vouchers. It was the worst interview I've ever had. They didn't ask me anything about my administrative or social media experience. It was so weird, I thought I applied for the wrong job, but I hadn't. I hope he was just having a bad day and it's not typical behavior.

Worst interview experience. They wanted my resume but then said resumes are BS and used the F word. It seems like they hire a lot of people and see who stays. Salespeople are independent contractors. You get draw pay, but you have to pay it back if you don't stay for 6 months. If sales is key to the business, these policies are bad. If you're willing to drive 60 miles to an appointment, work long hours, and pass tests, you're hired and sent to training.

I applied online and it took about a week for someone to reach out. Then I came in for an interview, I was super nervous but also really wanted this job. They asked me questions related to a personality test and I also had to take an IQ test. After that, they called me in for the actual interview. There were a few people there and it was fine. They offered me the position, but the offer and the job description weren't really what I was looking for.
