Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hanon Systems.
Engineering
I had a short interview, about 30 minutes. We talked about my background and resume. They discussed the job and my related experience. First, an HR interview, then the hiring manager with a technical expert. Finally, I met with a senior manager.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Student Engineer
I applied online. After a few weeks, I got an invitation to interview at my university, which was super helpful. I wasn't accepted by the UK branch, but they referred me to the Germany branch. I had another telephone interview with them and got accepted. They even gave me interview feedback, which was great.

Senior Lead Engineer
The process was straightforward, and I spoke with pleasant people, although I didn't get a chance to meet the actual team. HR was communicative on the second try. The team was candid about their current challenges and what they are seeking in a candidate.
