First, the company and the role were introduced. Then, some questions about my personal background and my motivation for working at Hannover Re were asked. After that, some technical questions about reinsurance were posed, and finally, I was given the opportunity to ask questions.

It was a really nice interview experience. Three people from the company interviewed me. They mainly asked common interview questions like what my strengths and weaknesses are, what I knew about the company, and to tell them about myself.

First, you'll introduce yourself. Then, we'll talk about your experience and knowledge from your degree. After that, we'll move on to technical questions, followed by interpersonal ones. Finally, we'll give you some scenarios to see how you solve problems.
