Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and heard back about a week later to schedule an interview with a senior associate. The interview covered my motivation, how I'd fit the firm's current projects, and my interest in their work. After the interview, I got a quick office tour and learned about the studio setup. Everyone I met was nice and easy to communicate with.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was a messy interview process. There was a lot of back and forth trying to set up the first phone call. The hiring manager couldn't make up his mind and kept changing it. Then, I had to do the whole thing over for the face-to-face interviews, which also had last-minute changes to the schedule. I had to resubmit my documents three times because the hiring manager didn't want to look through his old emails. During the face-to-face, one interviewer was barefoot, and another kept dropping F-bombs when talking about his ideas. Don't expect much from this company, but be ready to jump through hoops.

  • How do you handle collaborating with multiple offices?
