Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa.
Receptionist
It was a quick and simple interview. They asked general questions. It would be good if you mentioned you want to go to school for esthetician or massage therapist. It was one of the easiest interviews I've experienced.
- What is your current field of study?
- Do you have an interest in becoming an esthetician or massage therapist?
Receptionist
It was a very simple interview process. The management was very relaxed and made me feel really comfortable. They offered me coffee or tea while I waited for the manager. I also found the culture and atmosphere to be very relaxed.
- In order to make a sale, should you stereotype?
Receptionist
When I came for the interview the process was really good and they are very accommodating, and also the hiring managers are are really approachable. The hiring managers are very brief with the requirements.
- Would you be open to relocating for this position?
